Free flu shots for students and families are being provided on Tuesday, November 13th between 8-11:15am. This is an important public health effort and a great opportunity to protect our kids.
IMPORTANT: The district has chosen to go with a different provider. Due to this, consent forms that were sent home earlier in the year are no longer valid. All students and adults will need to complete the new consent form (download here).
A few additional volunteers are needed to collect consent forms and usher students to and from class as well as helping provide comfort and calm. If you are available to volunteer, sign up here.
